RON lets you complete your notarization entirely online via live video — no travel required for either of us. Mobile notary means we come to you in person. RON is our preferred option for most clients due to its speed and convenience, but mobile visits remain available across the Tampa Bay area when in-person service is preferred or required.
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID, and your document(s) complete and ready for signing. Documents should not be signed in advance — signatures must be made in the notary's presence (or on video, for RON).
Mobile notary service covers Apollo Beach and surrounding communities including Riverview, Sun City Center, Ruskin, Brandon, the greater Tampa Bay area, Parrish, and Palmetto. RON is available anywhere via live video.
Yes — evening, weekend, and Sunday appointments are available depending on scheduling.
No — LSN does not issue apostilles. Apostilles are issued by the appropriate government authority. We handle document review, notarization coordination, submission facilitation, and return shipping, but final issuance and processing timelines are outside our control.
Typically 2–4 weeks depending on document type and current Florida state agency processing volume, allowing buffer for agency delays or return mailing. Rush handling is available through our Priority tier for time-sensitive requests.
Powers of attorney, birth and marriage records, estate planning documents, school transcripts and diplomas, international business paperwork, adoption documentation, and real estate or property transaction documents. Requirements vary by document type and destination country.
Most appointments can be scheduled within 24–48 hours; same-day availability varies depending on the day and location.
A deposit equal to the appointment's cancellation fee is required to hold your booking. Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment are fully refunded; cancellations inside that window forfeit the deposit.
Yes — LSN is a Florida Commissioned Notary Public, licensed and insured.
A current, unexpired, government-issued photo ID that matches the name on your document — typically a driver's license, state ID card, U.S. passport, or military ID.
A notary must be able to communicate directly with the signer and understand that the document is what the signer represents it to be. Reach out with details about your document and language, and we'll let you know what's possible or what accommodations may be needed.
No — as a notary, we're not able to provide legal advice, help draft documents, or explain their legal effect. We handle the notarization itself. For questions about the content of a document, an attorney is the right resource.
Travel within our core Tampa Bay service area is included in standard pricing; appointments outside that radius may include a small travel fee.
Let us know in advance how many signers are involved and whether your document requires witnesses. We'll make sure the appointment is scheduled with enough time and, if needed, help coordinate witnesses.
Just call or text as soon as you know — we'll do our best to accommodate a new time. Appointments cancelled with adequate notice are handled per our cancellation policy above; last-minute changes are easiest to manage the earlier you reach out.
Yes — we work with law firms, financial advisors, and businesses on a recurring or scheduled basis, and can set up a coordination plan that fits your volume and workflow rather than pricing each visit as a one-off.
Yes. Notaries are bound by professional and legal standards of confidentiality, and discretion is a core part of how we handle every appointment — especially for financial, estate, and business documents.
